About

TALC Productions was started following a request to produce a database for the Northumberland Education Business Partnership, a local government funded body, in 2002. Since then our service diversified into video recording, DVD production and theatrical services to local amateur theatrical groups in Northumberland and Tyne & Wear, including:

  • The Phoenix Theatre, Blyth
  • Vane Tempest Theatre Company
  • Newcastle University Gilbert and Sullivan Society
  • Gosforth Trinity Musical Society
  • Teatro de Nieve/Luna de Mayo
  • Balliol Opera
  • St. Andrew’s Gilbert & Sullivan Society, Monkseaton

Run as a private service established through personal contact and recommendation, we have also provided DVD production services to Capricorn Productions in North Yorkshire for the integration of video and audio clips for their wartime musical comedy “When the lights go on again”, which has been performed by companies around the country.

The majority of our services are provided at cost, though charges may be levied for specialised services. As a result TALC Productions is run as a private entity and not a registered business. We take personal responsibility for everything we do to ensure our clients get the service they require.
